Why ugly produce is good for you….. In our home garden our fruit, vegetables, herbs and flowers are sometimes less than picture perfect because we do not use any pesticides or herbicides and  are grown in real dirt with only a  minimal amount of  fertilizer. We harvest by hand, take our good time doing so, and pick only the freshest produce or flowers. Home Grown Potatoes

This is one of my favorite videos. I will show you how to grow your own delicious potatoes. I had never grown potates before and I thought it would be hard, but it turned out to be a great experience. And you could not beat the taste. I can never go back to store bought potatoes again.

The word "potato" may refer either to the plant itself or, more commonly, the edible tuber.[1] In the Andes, where the species is indigenous, there are some other closely related cultivated potato species.
